As a geotechnical and structural engineering firm, Soil Mechanics International, located in in El Paso, Texas, perform
foundation studies, street pavement designs, structural design, and
soil density tests just to name a few. Using the principles of soil
mechanics we evaluate the subsurface conditions and determine the type
of foundations and pavement subgrades required for the proposed
